No worries — we’ve made returns easy.
If you’d like to send something back, contact us at contact@partygadgets.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order.
As long as the item is unused and in its original condition, we’ll walk you through the return process.
✏️ Is it too late to make changes to my order?
If you need to tweak or cancel your order, send us a message at contact@partygadgets.com.au ASAP.
As long as your order hasn’t been packed or dispatched yet, we’ll do everything we can to help. Once it’s out the door, changes aren’t guaranteed — but get in touch and we’ll try our best.
📦 How can I check the progress of my delivery?
Once your order is sent, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.

🔍 Why isn't my tracking info showing anything?
Sometimes it takes a little while for tracking to kick in — usually 24 to 48 hours after you receive your shipping email.
